Our Volunteers

Our Parish & Community Volunteers

Alongside our two part-time paid staff we rely heavily on the generous contribution of volunteers. Each volunteer adds significant value to what we do.

You don’t have to be a church member to volunteer in our variety of activities.

Volunteering at New Brighton Union is fun and a great way to make new friends.

Volunteers feel like they are enhancing the life of the wider community as well.

Through our community initiatives we could do even more with more volunteers, especially in the Opportunity Shop, the weekly community lunch, and in running the Loopy Tunes and Seaside Seniors programmes.

In 2019 we will be developing a Centre for Justice, Peace and Ecology, and will need new volunteers to assist with aspects of this work.

If you would like to volunteer or talk to us about the possibility, please contact our office by phone or email.
