Community Hall Venue Hire

A wooden-floored, hall with lots of natural light, an adjacent modern kitchen and uni-sex toilet facilities, with wheelchair access. External access also includes a ramp for wheelchairs and walking frames.

Suitable for

Large concerts, public meetings, physical activity groups, large social gatherings.

Seating capacity

Maximum of 120-130 people. Note: For events involving over 100 people additional seating is needed.

Additional requirements

This is a no-smoking, no-alcohol area.

Hireage cost

Regular community groups – $20 per hour
Church associates – $20 per hour
Self-employed tutors (regular sessions) – $25 per hour
Private social functions – $50 per hour + $250 Bond (half of hire to be paid in advance – non-refundable)
Fund-raising events – $40 per hour
One-off community events – $40 per hour (half of hire price to be paid in advance – non-refundable)
Commercial/ professional – $75 per hour
